The bending radius plates will be turned as to roll up the test sample after clamping the test sample by the 2 bending radius plates. Test sample and bending radius plates are pressed, leaving the bending radius plates in 180 degrees turns.

Z-shape Bending Test
±180° bending by tiny radius
This equipment can be tested minimum radius 0.1mm and maximum angle ±180° by changing spacer and thickness of bending radius plates. One side bending test can be also available.
Apply the bending force to test sample by pressure
The test machine has press mode and press-less mode. It will be press when test sample turns in ±180°. The pressure can be changed by the weight, also it can set the press-less mode. Press hours can be adjust by the timer.
